Where is El Golfo?-It is appox 85 miles south of Yuma,AZ.If you live in Phoenix follow this link,I do not know who did this link,but if

What Next?      First place to stop is the El Captian cantina and say hola to Teresa and Alex from Tim & Jill and have a few

                             cervezas poossibly some food .Now if you are staying at the cantina you are set but if you are planning to camp down the beach this

                              is a good time to AIR DOWN with my  BURB-13LBS,TJ JEEP-9 LBS,SEDANS-8LBS,don't worry you can fill up on the way out

                              for a small fee.Turn left at the beach on proceed to your spot.There are palapas on the beach run by the city,2 or 3 dollars a day.

                               If you go down the beach to camp make sure you know the tides times.

What to do? -   Well if you have a 4x4,rail,quad,atc,personal watercraft you are in heaven!!!There is 40 milels of beach and at least 5 miles inland of

                             trails to ride.Lets see;5 x 40 =200 sq miles to ride!!!!.If no toys to play with, you drive the beach in most 2wd vech and

                             play in the water or hunt for seashells.

Places to stay-   If not camping on the beach or staying at the EL CAPTIAN CANTINA,ther are a few places in town to stay.The Las Choches Hotel

                             is on the beach,in town and has its own resturant.I will work on getting the phone # for reservations.The new kid on the block is the

                             VIA  DEL SOL,CALL 1-928-920-1506 for possible reservations.
